
Joe Zeller is responsible for managing creative and brand strategy development, working with our clients' top management and brand groups. Prior to founding ZGraphics, Ltd. in 1989, Joe helped manage the marketing efforts for MidAmerica Federal Savings & Loan’s 13 local branches. He has experience in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing with a solid grasp of corporate communications. Joe has managed marketing projects for a diverse group of clients including Bally Total Fitness, Feldco Factory Direct, GMAC Real Estate, the American Academy of Pediatrics, Honeywell Security Monitoring, Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and Kemper Insurance. Joe has also engineered Web-to-print solutions for the health care, automotive and salon-retail industries.
LouAnn Zeller has been recognized, and her work published, in regional and international professional design journals such as PRINT and Graphis throughout her career. As a creative director/designer with 20 years of experience, she inspires our team to create simple, clean, high-quality design. LouAnn has a keen sense of typography and a passion for consistency with attention to detail that is second to none. She has worked at advertising agencies for clients like Aon Corporation, Illinois Tool Works, Inc. and IC Bus. LouAnn has also worked for clients like Hoffman Estates Medical Center, Glenoaks Medical Center and G.D. Searle & Company in the health care and pharmaceutical industries.
Amy Carrier has managed procurement, production and compliance for all aspects of marketing projects including assignment photography, print, web, promotions, event marketing, radio and television. She is also an avid social media marketer and blogger. She has produced many award-winning projects across a wide range of industries and not-for-profit organizations. Amy works closely with clients to produce audience-specific gift items—from holiday “thank you” and corporate anniversary gifts to trade show giveaways. She receives rave reviews for her ability to deliver the impossible on a daily basis for Eastman Kodak, the American Academy of Pediatrics and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions. Nationally, you may have seen her work for Bally Total Fitness, BRIO Toys and Pulte Homes.
Joel Davies designs and produces cutting-edge marketing technology solutions including websites, personalized URL (pURL) survey campaigns, email marketing campaigns and complex
graphics/video/Flash applications, as well as advising clients on social media strategies. Joel has guided the site of security systems provider Stanley Convergent Security Solutions through three major identity changes. He has implemented sites for clients in construction (Chicago Testing Laboratory, Gallagher Asphalt, Hot-in-Place Recycling, Rose Paving, Sorce Architecture and Thorndale Construction Services), health care (American Academy of Pediatrics, Hines Associates) and not-for-profits (One Small Voice Foundation). Joel has also created outstanding email and pURL campaigns for clients ranging from International Truck to Eastman Kodak Company.
Bob Fugate has created work for top global and domestic clients—from General Mills to Budweiser to global brand campaigns for 3M and Honeywell. He has a strong financial services background having done work for CNA Financial Services, Kemper, Unitrin and Harris Bank. Health care experience includes brand development and print work for NorthShore University HealthSystem, CVS Caremark, Dade Behring and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Bob worked on the Miller Brewing, Red Lobster and Anheuser-Busch business at both Leo Burnett and DMB&B. His new product work includes Healthy Choice, Pop Secret and Sharp’s Beer.
Jessica Studnicka has a passion for good quality graphic design and has proven her expertise in the creation of high-impact print collateral, web design and marketing communications. She has produced award-winning creative for a variety of clients ranging from financial services to retail to medical to real estate—creating marketing solutions for top-tier clients like Eastman Kodak Company, Navistar Financial Corporation and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions. She currently manages the creation of business-to-consumer print and web materials for Feldco Factory Direct, the areas’ top window and door replacement company. Jessica has also created business-to-business collateral and trade show exhibits for GE Healthcare and Harley-Davidson.
Renee Clark has almost 20 years experience as a graphic designer/art director. She has extensive experience in creating successful ad campaigns, websites, annual reports and marketing communication materials for the real estate, health care, technology and financial services industries. Over the years, she has consistently delivered strong, creative design solutions to industry giants like Caterpillar, Crescent Cardboard, GMAC Real Estate, Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Alpha Pro Tech, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Bar Association, International Truck and Engine Corporation and Koenig & Strey Real Estate. Renee has been winning industry awards continually since 1994.
Jen Walker is an award-winning graphic designer who excels at producing creative that gets results. Her dedication and positive demeanor result in outstanding client relationships. She has worked with top-tier clients in categories ranging from banking to real estate to health care. Jen’s financial services experience includes Navistar Financial Corporation and Parkway Bank. She has also worked with high technology clients including Cingular Wireless and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions. She plays a central role in the execution of a wide range of print and web-related projects for the American Academy of Pediatrics. Jen has also worked with GMAC Real Estate on a national basis and locally with Pulte Homes and Del Webb.
Jim Gray is a graphic designer with an extensive background in pre-press and print production. Prior to joining ZGraphics, he worked as a designer in the commercial printing industry and also for Gravity Inc., an award-winning design studio in Toronto, Canada. Jim has worked with a variety of clients in the non-profit sector including Alexian Brothers Health System, National MS Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has also worked with clients such as OTTO Engineering, Feldco Factory Direct and Protection 1 Security. He is an active member of AIGA, the American Advertising Federation and the Society of Typographic Arts. His work has been recognized by the North American Printers League and the National Association of Quick Printers.
Andy Sauder has created effective print and web communications for AT&T Wireless, The Nature Conservancy, Alberto Culver, Big Idea Productions, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the City of Warrenville and The Illinois State Board of Education. He has more than ten years experience in designing interactive Flash presentations, websites, identities, corporate collateral, annual reports, packaging and exhibit graphics. His work with Jewish Child & Family Services of Chicago included branding, logo design, stationery, website, brochures and style guide. His CD and website design for BarlowGirl, a female rock band, was enjoyed by at least 250,000 fans who bought their debut album in 2004. Andy has also met the communication needs of such local businesses as The Choo-Choo Diner, Cooking Fools, LaGrange Theatre, WM Putnam and Flat Squirrel Scooters.
Chris Kowalski is the newest member of the team, bringing with him close to twenty years experience. Over the years he has coordinated the development of and managed multimedia campaigns utilizing websites, e-broadcasts, print and various promotional pieces to advance client objectives. He has contributed to the success of such companies as Encyclopedia Britannica; Nimlok; H.B. Fuller; TransWorld Exhibits, Inc; Sonbol Watches, LLC and Green Tree Industries, LLC along with products like TEC Invision.
Vickie Szombathy is a veteran of the media industry with 25 years of experience creating successful brand building communication plans with fully integrated media solutions, traditional and digital, for clients such as Avaya and Caterpillar global as well as leading clients in finance, consumer products and technology. She has chaired media committees for both the AAAAs and American Business Media. She was also named “Who’s Who in B to B Media” in 2006 and recognized for print leadership by MIN in their 2007 “Sweet Sixteen” awards. Vickie was a founding member and VP Media Director of Spark Communications, a division of SMG/Publicis Groupe, and was instrumental in growing the agency billing from $100 million in 1999, to over $750 million by 2010.
